With a view of the Pacific Ocean, this full-scale remodel in Laguna Beach transforms an original coastal residence into a timeless Hampton's-style cottage. The existing structure has been taken down to the studs to allow for a complete reimagining of the home’s layout, flow, and design language. Significant excavation work has been underway to expand the basement level and regrade the backyard, optimizing both interior space and outdoor livability.
The design embodies the elegance and charm of classic East Coast architecture, interpreted through a refined West Coast lens. Crisp millwork, natural stone, and tailored finishes are complemented by sophisticated lighting selections and thoughtfully curated furnishings. Every detail has been considered to enhance the home’s relaxed yet elevated coastal atmosphere, making the most of its ocean views and indoor-outdoor connection.
